武夷水仙茶中文简介:

作为武夷的当家品种之一,水仙茶树品种属无性系、大叶、晚生种型,叶片比普通小叶种大一倍以上,叶质肥厚。其条索肥壮,色泽绿褐油润而带宝色。香浓辛锐、清长,有独特的"兰花香"。茶汤味浓醇厚,喉韵明显,回甘清爽,汤色浓艳呈橙黄色,叶底软亮,耐冲泡。

Being one of the main varities of Wuyi Mountain rock teas, narcissus belongs to asexual propagation, large-leaved, and late-matured tea series. Its leaf, which is fat and thick, is one time larger than that of others. Narcissus tea has the following characteristics: fat and strong leaves with black green and a little gemstone color, sharp and lasting orchid-like fragrance, pure, mellow, sweet and brisk taste, heavy deep orange yellow tea soap, brilliant and soft leaves with green inside and red around. The tea can be made many times for the same pot.

武夷水仙茶介绍:

水仙品种,适制乌龙茶。但因水仙产地不同,命名也有不同。闽北产区用福建水仙种,按闽北乌龙茶采制技术制成的条形乌龙茶,称武夷水仙。武夷山所种的水仙种,约在光绪年间传入,其成茶称水仙或武夷水仙。闽南永春产地以福建水仙种,按闽南乌龙茶采制而成的闽南水仙。广东饶平、潮安用原于产潮安凤凰的凤凰水仙种,制成的条形乌龙茶称凤凰水仙。凤凰水仙种是有性群体品种之一,选用优良单株栽培、采制者,又称凤凰单丛。

武夷水仙始于清道光年间(公元1821年),是闽北较大的优质产品。所用的水仙种,发源于福建建阳小湖乡大湖村的严义山祝仙洞。据1939年张天福《水仙母树志》载:;前八余年,清道光间,有泉州人苏姓者,业农寄居太湖……一日往对岸义山……经桃子岗祝仙洞下,见树一,花白,类茶而弥大……试以制乌龙茶法制之,竟香洌甘美……命名曰‘祝仙’……当地‘祝’‘水’同音,渐讹为今名;‘水仙’矣。;

1929年,《建鸥县志》也载:;查水仙茶出禾义里,大湖之大坪山,其他有严义山,山上有祝仙洞;,;鸥宁县六大湖,别有叶粗长名水仙者,以味似水仙花故名……;(见《闽产录异》),可见水仙栽培历史约在130年以上。

水仙是无性系品种,半乔木型,自然生长树高幅5米左右,叶色浓绿富光泽,叶面平滑富草质,叶肉特厚,栅状组织双层;花冠大,整齐美观,开花不结实或极少量结实。;开花不结子,初用插木法,所传甚难,后因墙崩将茶压倒发根,始悟压茶之法,获大发达,流传各县;(见《建瓯县志》)。

水仙根系分布较深,栽植时,土层宜深厚;株型高大,行株距稍放宽;分枝能力弱,应及时修剪、摘顶,促进分枝;有易衰现象,枝干害虫多,宜加强培肥,采养相结合。

按;开面;采,顶菜开展时,采三、四叶。正常年景分四季采摘,春茶(谷雨前后二、三天)、夏茶、夏茶(复至前三、四天)、秋茶(立秋前三、四天)、露茶(寒露后)。每季相隔约50天。

野茶中文简介:

野茶是武夷山最原生态、最有机的茶种,自古享有;万茶之源;之美誉。因为长年自然生长在武夷山的深山丛林中,海拔在1200至1800米之间,无法人工种植,采摘极为不便,故野茶的产量稀少。正是因为生长环境自然独特,野茶混合了多种不同的茶叶特征,给人一种很奇特的味道。用工艺加工的野茶,即属于中的奇葩。

The production maintains a low level because wild tea grows up in deep mountains and forests with an attitude of 1200 to 1800 meters, and could’t be cultivated and planted and is difficult to pluck. Due to unique and primitive growing environment, wild tea has the mixed characteristics of a varity of teas, which tastes so special. Processed by the processing technology of rock tea, wild tea becomes a masterpiece of Wuyi Mountain rock tea.
